In no event shall Origin Meals be liable for any damages other than the amount referenced above, and all other damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive, are hereby excluded even if Origin Meals has been given notice of the possibility of such damages.
  6. Origin Meals does not promise that its website or websites, or any content, service or feature thereof, will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that use of the website, service or feature will provide specific results or that any defects will be corrected.
  7. Origin Meals is not responsible for the unauthorized use of any of its websites by third parties. The products and services of Origin Meals are intended for use by the purchaser only.

  16. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Origin Meals and you for any purpose concerning these Terms of Use or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Hennepin County, Minnesota. You hereby waive your right to a jury trial in any cause of action with respect to the subject matter of these Terms of Use or with respect to the site or the products or services sold herein.
